Responsibilities :
Warehouse Related
- Planning activity and resource that need to achieved target in Warehouse area and support production & sales activity
- Makesure all resource (manpower, pallet, forklift, etc) sufficient and can work well
- Organize working system in Warehouse area, makesure all activity align with SOP, safety rules, and hygine
- Control & monitoring warehouse activity (inbound and outbound process, administration)
- Doing coordination with QA/QC & Pest control to scheduling fumigation product to minimize weevil investigation
- Doing stock opname regularly, cooperate with team costing to makesure onhand stock lign with system SAP
- Doing improvement and encourage team to make Warehouse more efficient and effective
- Create weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting related logistic performance
Logistic Related
- Control & monitoring Logistic operational (weight In-weight Out trucking, order truck to transporter)
- Makesure all resource (manpower, weighbridge, printer, etc) sufficient and can work well
- Doing coordination with PBM (stevedoring) & trucking company to support process discharge raw material import
- Create weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting related Logistic performance
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree from Teknik Industri/ Logistic or any related major
- Minimum 5 years experience in Warehouse
- Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Advanced Excel) & SAP
- Strong in leadership, Fast learning, quick action, high spirits
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Outstanding relationship building skills with internal business partners
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
