Job Responsibilities :

1. Operational Management

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse activities (inbound, storage, picking, packing, outbound, and reverse logistics).

• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and in accordance with service standards.

• Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and resource utilization to improve productivity.

• Monitor and manage performance metrics such as order accuracy, inventory accuracy, productivity, and lead time.

2. Inventory Control & Systems

• Oversee stock accuracy through cycle counts, stock opname, and reconciliation processes.

• Ensure optimal use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for real-time monitoring and reporting.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

3. Team Management

• Lead, train, and develop warehouse supervisors and staff to achieve operational excellence.

• Manage shift planning, workforce allocation, and performance evaluation.

• Create a safe, disciplined, and collaborative working environment.

4. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations.

• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

• Apply Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) to maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and security.

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Report key operational KPIs to senior management.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Transportation, Finance) to ensure smooth operations.

• Manage operational costs and propose efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in warehouse/fulfillment operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial - position.

• Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and logistics operations.

• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage large teams in a dynamic work environment.

• Strong analytical skills and sound decision-making ability.
