The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Collaborate closely with the internal stakeholders from warehouse operations team to identify new or changes on features to support business requirements and map out processes
• Centralize all product-related requests and put them into a well-written and explanatory feature request form
• Collaborate closely with Regional Product Team on changes or new features plan and monitor the realization
• Review feature designed (Business Requirement Document) and align with the corresponding product managers to realize the features
• Perform user acceptance testing to identify and communicate any errors or gaps between the design and actual features. Additionally, identify potential opportunities for future enhancements
• Create localized WMS standard operating procedures and provide user training
• Collaborate closely with warehouse operations team to plan and implement new feature go-live, monitor, drive the adoption, and collect feedback to see if any enhancements required
• Act as superuser for WMS and provide day-to-day support for any system difficulties and issues
• Carry out additional/special tasks assigned by the superior according to one's capacity 

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or process improvement, focusing on system, preferably in Warehouse and Logistics environment
• English - Intermediate
• Experienced in warehousing, logistics, project management, and system design
• Experienced in using WMS; have ability to learn in-house systems and utilize that knowledge effectively and efficiently
• Good analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication with different audiences verbally or in writing along with good presentation skills
• Able to adapt well and comfortable to work in a warehouse environment
