The Counter Staff Employee is responsible for completing sales transactions, managing the cash register and monetary transactions, taking food and beverage orders, serving food and beverages, making sure all food and beverage displays are full fresh and appealing, coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely service and quality of the food, providing the highest quality of service to the customer at all times and anticipating on their needs, perform opening and closing duties, ensuring the cleanliness in all areas of the store & dining area and performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This position reports to the Store Manager and Operations Manager.
