Nibs Frozen Yoghurt, Acai, Smoothies is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining operational excellence. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure high-quality product standards, and drive sales while fostering a positive and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of employees, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment. Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.

• Customer Service: Ensure outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a clean and inviting store atmosphere.

• Product Quality: Maintain high standards for frozen yoghurt, acai bowls, and smoothies, ensuring consistency, freshness, and adherence to brand recipes and presentation guidelines.

• Financial Performance: Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and upselling techniques. Manage budgets, control costs, and prepare financial reports.

• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to ensure adequate supplies while minimizing waste.

• Marketing and Community Engagement: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local promotions, loyalty programs, and community events to boost brand visibility.

• Compliance: Ensure the store adheres to all local health codes, food safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role in a food service or retail environment, preferably in a quick-service restaurant or café setting.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues promptly.

• Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of budgeting, cost control, and sales reporting.

• Food Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Certification in food handling is a plus.

• Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the frozen dessert or health food industry.

• Knowledge of social media marketing and local promotion strategies.

• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
