Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end HR operations, covering workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention.
• Design and implement effective recruitment procedures to attract and retain the right talent for mining operations.
• Develop and maintain compensation & benefits structures to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Drive people development initiatives, including training programs, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Manage industrial relations and regulatory compliance.

Profile

• Proven track record in HR leadership, preferably within mining or real sectors
• Strong experience in recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and industrial relations.
• Familiar with Indonesian labor law, manpower regulations, and best practices in people management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to be based full-time at the site
