1. Develop and execute strategies to build and strengthen the company's relationships with government institutions, ministries, and key regulatory bodies.

2. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and government officials to ensure alignment with national policies and regulatory requirements.

3. Monitor, analyze, and advise the CEO and executive team on policy developments, legislation, and regulations impacting the company's business.

4. Represent the company in high-level discussions, forums, and meetings with government stakeholders.

7. Collaborate with internal departments (legal, compliance, operations) to ensure business practices are aligned with government regulations.

8. Manage crisis communication and government relations during regulatory challenges.

9. Lead corporate advocacy initiatives to support the company's strategic objectives.

10. Supervise a team responsible for government affairs, regulatory affairs, and external relations, ensuring effective execution of initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree in any field; law, Political Science, Public Policy, Economics, or related field; master's degree preferred.

2. Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in government relations, public policy, or corporate affairs, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

3. Proven track record of building and maintaining high-level government relationships, particularly with ministries and regulatory bodies.

4. Strong understanding of national regulations, political landscape, and public policy development.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

6. High level of integrity, diplomacy, and professionalism in handling sensitive information and government interactions.

7. Ability to influence, advise, and partner effectively with C-level executives and government leaders.

8. Strong leadership capability with experience managing teams and complex projects.

9. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
