About the Role
We are looking for a Vendor & Catalogue Specialist to join our team in Bali. This role plays an important part in managing and maintaining our product catalogue on a custom-built online platform. You'll be responsible for adding and updating products, keeping information accurate, organizing categories, and ensuring the catalogue remains intuitive and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities
Catalogue Management: Add, update, organize, and remove products to ensure accuracy and a seamless user experience.
Product Information: Review and verify product details, including publishing status and Terms & Conditions.
Vendor Relations: Maintain regular communication with venues and vendors to ensure the latest product offerings and information are always available.
Research & Support: Assist the planning team in researching and sourcing new vendors, products, and services to enrich the catalogue.
Requirements
Based in Bali.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably within the wedding or hospitality industry.
Previous e-commerce experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with vendors and partners.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, able to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Experience with Missive and catalogue/product management tools is a plus.
