Job Description:

• Supervise and ensure the optimal operation and maintenance of NH3 refrigeration systems, chiller systems, boilers, gensets, air compressors, and water treatment facilities.

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.

• Perform routine preventive/emergency maintenance and troubleshooting of utility equipment.

• Supervise and assist with repairs, maintenance, and modifications to infrastructure and support equipment.

• Monitor and analyze utility system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary upgrades.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards related to utilities and industrial refrigeration.

• Assist in the planning and execution of utility expansion projects in alignment with production needs.

• Work closely with the Engineering & Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations of plant utilities.

• Provide technical guidance and training to the maintenance team on best practices in utility systems.

• Construct, evaluate, and report on maintenance and engineering results for the facility.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in utility engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.

• Strong knowledge of NH3 refrigeration systems, chiller operations, boilers, gensets, air compressors, and water treatment processes.

• Hands-on experience in preventive & corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

• Understanding of industrial safety standards and compliance related to utility operations.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

• Willing to work with changing shift schedules as necessary to meet business needs.

• Willing to be placed in Semarang, Central Java.
