Job Summary
The core responsibilities will involve the upgrades service of Tetra Pak processing equipment at customer sites: customize design to increase flexibility production, capacity, reduce operating cost, product losses, etc. You will be able to manage your own workload and work unsupervised whilst maintaining a high level of service excellence.

What you will do
Interface with customers to establish and maintain continuous positive relationships.
Support customer on daily operation, process and technical issues.
Carry out upgrading/installation/commissioning of Tetra Pak processing equipment.
Maintains and administrates customer files, reporting responsibilities for upgrading activities.
Work with Upgrade Project Manager to create solution, quotation and implementation upgrades solution.
We believe you have
Language & Education
English
Bachelor of Food/Dairy/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automation or related Degree, to be graduated in 2024.
Professional skills & Experience
Strong technical skills
Having knowledge in field instruments, industrial networks, control system.
Required computer skills: AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access)
Having automation background /experiences about Siemen/Allen Bradley software programming, Wonderware software (InTouch).
Personal qualifications
Strong communication skills
Responsive to customer needs.
Team worker.
Culturally sensitive.
Resourceful and creative in developing solutions to on site problems.
Basing Jakarta office and willing for frequent service travel
