About the role

We are seeking a passionate and talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at PT Habib for smart technology in South Cimahi, West Java. As a full-time UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences that drive user engagement and satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate closely with our product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into user-centric designs
• Conduct user research, analyse data, and create user personas to inform the design process
• Design and iterate on user interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design elements
• Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints
• Continuously optimise designs based on user feedback and testing
• Participate in design reviews and present your work to the team
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
• Excellent visual design skills, including typography, colour theory, and layout
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive, and visually appealing designs
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
