Are you passionate about ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations in Manufacturing Industries?We are looking for a Truck Operation Supervisor to lead and monitor our fleet performance, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost optimization in every journey.

• Ensure tanker/kernel shell runs according to schedule and targets.

• Control spare parts and tire consumption by issuing and following up work orders.

• Monitor availability of consumables and coordinate with maintenance and purchasing.

• Analyze repeated repairs and work with maintenance for corrective actions.

• Report abnormal truck or operational conditions and propose solutions.

• Follow up maintenance jobs (both internal workshop and external vendors).

• Conduct driver briefing on company rules and regulations before deployment.

• Ensure trucks are equipped with valid legal documents.

• Supervise truck operations using GPS and phone monitoring.

• Follow up on regular preventive maintenance.

• Take immediate action in case of traffic accidents.

• Review critical trip cost components: mileage, fuel, and overall efficiency.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Management.

• Fluent in English (spoken & written) is a must.

• Proficiency in SAP is a strong advantage.

• Willing to be based in Dumai (mandatory).
