General qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate travel role in handling complex domestic and international itinerary and VIP services
Senior level with deep geographical knowledge for domestic and international route
High proficiency with update booking system
Having practical knowledge of travel plan to provide best travel arrangement
Problem solving abilities with focus on finding effective and immediate solution with limited time
English communication skills (written and verbal) with a strong customer-service orientation
The ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibility:
Able to manage entire travel booking process for air, hotel, rail, for domestic and international trip including multi-stop/countries itineraries
To provide safety options for route, price, flight/direct & connecting, airlines with refer to schedule provided
Handle complex travel arrangements and provide a high level of service for VIP traveler with urgent request/critical itineraries
Offering expert advise on destinations, transportation, global travel requirement, including visa
Proactive to solve the problems that arise during travel, including flight delays, cancellations, hotel problem and provide immediate alternative solution
To provide efficient process with high volume of request from all Business Unit both online and offline, using travel management system
To provide regular report
