About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Tiens Indonesia Logistics Trading' as a Trainer (Multi-Level Marketing). In this contract role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to the company's multi-level marketing (MLM) team, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to effectively promote and sell the company's products. The role is based in Jakarta Raya.

What you'll be doing

Designing and delivering engaging training sessions on MLM strategies, techniques, and best practices

Providing guidance and support to the MLM team on sales, marketing, and customer service

Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the MLM team, and providing feedback for continuous improvement

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and incorporating this knowledge into training programs

Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and approach

Maintaining detailed records of training activities and participant feedback

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator in the MLM or direct sales industry

Strong understanding of MLM sales and marketing strategies, and the ability to convey this knowledge effectively

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate audiences

Ability to adapt training materials and approaches to meet the diverse needs of the MLM team

Strong analytical skills to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement

Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
