PT Mitra Andal Sejati melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi TRAINER BEAUTY ADVISOR di DKI Jakarta yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT Mitra Andal Sejati. Responsibilities

• Ability to design an effective Beauty Advisor training program
• Develop training modules, presentation, test and activities for selling skill, skin / beauty knowledge, communication, grooming & digital activity for Beauty Advisor (live selling, creating content, personal branding, etc)
• Conduct training sessions for Beauty Advisor on various topics to upgrade selling techniques, selling skils, beauty / skin knowledge & grooming.
• Responsible for Training Need Analysis (TNA), training schedule, training implementation and training evaluation
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, products, and techniques in the health and beauty industry.
• Maintain accurate records & report of training sessions and trainee progress.
• Make regular visits to store to support sales program and monitor Beauty Advisor performance
• Monitoring and evaluating BA performance on digital activity (live selling, creating content, etc)
• Conduct exams for BA
• Motivate and coach Beauty Advisor to enhance their skills through effective training.
• Monitoring and evaluating sales performance
• Conduct coaching sessions for Beauty Advisors at POS (point of sales) to ensure updated product knowledge, effective sales pitches, and adherence to the brand’s Art of Selling methodologies.
• Identify and provide feedback for future training needs.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
• Age maximum 35 years
• Have 2 years of experience as a trainer/sales trainer/ similar role in Beauty Personal Care Retail/Cosmetic products.
• Able to work on the team, independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good analytical thinking, communication skills, and presentation skills
• Able to communicate well, Creative, and have a good personality
• Proficient in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, power point, word)
• Able to teach various level
• Expertise in sales training (extensive knowledge and experience of the health and beauty, products, and techniques Are preferable)
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Experience developing training materials and conducting training sessions.
• Ability to evaluate trainee progress and provide feedback and coaching.
• High Initiatives
• Good knowledge about skin & beauty knowledge.
• Good knowledge & have experience in digital activity (live selling, creating content, personal branding, etc)
• Self driven with a passion to achieve results under minimum supervision
• Able to work under pressure and over hours
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels.
• Highly driven, energetic & flexible
