As an Accounting Specialist, this role plays a key part in ensuring every number tells the right story, every report is reliable, and every process stands up to scrutiny.

This position is suited for someone who values accuracy, understands the “why” behind the numbers, and takes ownership of delivering clean, trustworthy financial data.

What You’ll Own (Day-to-Day)

1. Own the General Ledger

Record daily financial transactions, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments with precision and consistency.

2. Keep the Books Clean

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper classification.

3. Drive Closing Excellence

Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timelines are met and reports are accurate.

4. Build Reliable Financial Reports

Assist in preparing financial statements in line with accounting standards (IFRS/PSAK) and company policies.

5. Ensure Reconciliation Integrity

Perform regular account reconciliations and proactively identify discrepancies before they become issues.

6. Stay Audit-Ready

Maintain organized documentation and prepare required schedules to support both internal and external audits.

7. Collaborate Across Teams

Work closely with AP, AR, and Finance teams to resolve issues and continuously improve accounting processes.

Who You Are

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with solid exposure to general ledger and closing processes.

3. Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail and accuracy.

4. Good understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/PSAK).

5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with financial data.

6. Well-organized with strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.

7. Able to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
