Job Summary:

Trade Marketing Wholesale Channel Intern will support the execution of trade marketing initiatives within the Wholesale Channel. In this role, you will assist in managing promotional program documentation, coordinating merchandising activities, supporting customer engagement efforts, and handling various administrative tasks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, especially area teams, to ensure smooth implementation of trade marketing strategies and to maintain accurate records and reporting.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Ability to work effectively in a team.

• Fast learner.

Job Description :

1. Support in the Implementation of Promotional Programs in the Wholesale Channel:

• Manage and collect all required documentation for promotional programs in the Wholesale Channel.

• Communicate promotional programs in the Wholesale Channel to the respective area teams.

• Monitor the implementation of promotional programs in the Wholesale Channel.

2. Support in Merchandising Activities:

• Assist in submitting and requesting POSM (Point of Sales Materials) from related departments, in coordination with area teams.

• Monitor and communicate the implementation of POSM in the field, working closely with area teams.

3. Support in Customer Relations:

• Assist in executing engagement activities with wholesalers, in collaboration with area teams.

• Prepare reports on engagement activities carried out in the area.

4. Administrative Tasks:

• Manage documentation related to wholesale trade marketing activities.

• Maintain records of ongoing programs in the wholesale channel.

• Handle claims related to wholesale trade marketing activities.
