About the role

This full-time Town Management & Development Operation Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join PT. LIPPO KARAWACI TBK' in Makassar, South Sulawesi. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and long-term development of one of our mixed-use residential and commercial properties in the region.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance, security, and tenant relations

Oversee the implementation of property management policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations

Work closely with the development team to plan and execute ongoing improvements and expansions to the property

Liaise with local authorities, community groups, and other stakeholders to ensure the property is aligned with local regulations and community needs

Develop and manage the property's operational budget, including forecasting, cost control, and budget reporting

Lead and motivate a team of property management professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in property management, preferably in the retail and mixed-use development sector

Excellent understanding of property management best practices, including maintenance, security, and tenant relations

Strong project management and budgeting skills, with the ability to plan and execute complex development projects

Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders

Relevant tertiary qualifications in property management, real estate, or a related field
