About the Team Ecommerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users but also sellers and creators. We are looking for a Program Manager for the Listing Governance team who can build robust processes, identify opportunities for improvement. They will also partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, products, and systems to ultimately improve experience for sellers and buyers in Indonesia. The selected candidate will localize best practices, initiate and implement innovative projects, and own market performance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for defining product listing scope and requirements, based on compliance requirements, user feedback, and business sense.
• Regularly identify product and process improvements to improve buyer and seller experience, leveraging data analysis, automation, and other technologies.
• Independently develop and implement projects to achieve compliance with new requirements and improve product quality, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Educate internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance on our projects and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with regional, national, and international regulations related to product safety, compliance, testings, certifcations etc. applicable to TTS's products, and translate these into updates for TTS' policies and processes.
• Demonstrate sound business sense and understanding of e-commerce listings to meaningfully collaborate with technical teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, consumer technology, or FMCG companies in listing quality, program management, process improvement roles.
• Clear and effective communication and an ability to influence cross-functional teams to facilitate timely delivery of projects.
• Familiarity with e-commerce compliance and internet regulation landscape, with strong business sense and risk awareness.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and measure results using data.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must. Preferred Qualifications

• Direct e-commerce experience.
• Curiosity and a willingness to develop new skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
