Our client is Marketing Services company who based in PIK, North Jakarta. They are looking for a Tiktok Business Development who:

Job responsibilities:

• Expand TikTok influencers and brands in the Indonesian market. Promote the company's advertising services and be responsible for consumption targets.

• Maintain customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase renewal rates.

• Developing Clients: Initiate communication with TikTok influencers and brands in the Indonesian market, identify client needs, promote the company's advertising services, and be responsible for advertising expenditure targets.

• Team Collaboration: Deliver professional services, collaborate with the team to complete client services, project execution, and other tasks assigned by superiors. (Preferably with access to influencer resources for product sales)

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in Indonesian, familiar with the TikTok platform, and have experience in customer development.

• Outgoing, extroverted, and able to handle high-pressure situations.

• Strong business negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Minimum 1 year of TikTok Business Development experience, preferably with access to KOL/KOC resources on the TikTok platform or clients.

• Market Sensitivity: In-depth understanding of TikTok advertising and social media, familiarity with the TikTok ecosystem, and the ability to analyze and solve problems.
