About the role

As a Tenant Relation Officer at PT Mulia Hastu Gemilang, you will play a vital role in managing the relationships between the company and its commercial tenants. This full-time position is based in Jakarta and involves serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

What you'll be doing

1. Serving as the main liaison between the company and its commercial tenants

2. Responding to tenant inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns in a prompt and effective manner

3. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of tenant requests and the successful delivery of tenant services

4. Maintaining detailed records of all tenant interactions and actions taken

5. Identifying opportunities to enhance the tenant experience and proactively recommending improvements

6. Assisting with the negotiation and renewal of tenant leases

7. Supporting the overall property management objectives of the company

What we're looking for

1. At least 3 years of experience in a commercial real estate or property management role, preferably in a tenant-facing position

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders

3. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

4. English is a must
