Job Title: Tenant Experience Intern

Job-Type: Internship

Reports To: Tenant Experience Manager

Location: Jakarta

What you'll be doing:

• Manage and organize community event
• Handle tenant experience project task and build positive feedback from tenant
• Responsible for event initiative and activation
• Working closely with Tenant Experience Manager and other team members including brand partner
• Act as the liaison between tenant and Cove
• Operate property management system, read data and conduct research as a working resources
• Proactively gather tenant feedback in order to improve our tenant satisfaction

What makes you a great fit:

• Last semester or Bachelor Degree in any major (Management/Marketing/Public Relations/Hospitality is preferable),
• Preferable has working/internship experience in Hospitality/Marketing/Event Management,
• Fresh graduates who are highly organized and have excellent event management and communication skills are welcome to apply
