The primary purpose of a Tele sales executive is to drive sales and revenue by engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone. This role is essential in building customer relationships, generating leads, and closing sales, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and market presence
Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products or services.
- Generate leads by identifying and qualifying potential prospects from various sources.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance satisfaction.
- Effectively address objections and close sales opportunities.
- Manage timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure conversions.
- Document sales activities and provide reports on performance metrics and forecasts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in business or any other field
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly in a telesales environment, is advantageous.
- Good product knowledge
- Excellent MS office skills: Word, Excel and Power Point
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to close deals.)
