OPERATIONAL TECHNICIAN - JOB DESCRIPTION

Title                                  : PT. Sampoernaland - Operational Technician

Internal Grading             : TBD

Reporting to                    : Operational Supervisor

Position Goals                 :

·      Handling Tenant's Request and Complaint as per company policy

·      Operate all Building System (Lighting System, Building Automation System, Electrical System, HVAC System, fire & Safety System, Computerized Management & Maintenances System)

·      Corrective & Preventive maintenance to Ensure all the Building System quality and quantity meet technical standard requirement

·      Assist to do energy saving

Duties and Responsibilities

1.      Building & Facility Management Obligations:

·      Assist Operational Supervisor in the operational matters especially regarding Air Condition Matters to reach a consistent standard of adherence

·      To provide services as required and to maintain equipment and building in excellent condition

·      Be the secondary contact for all building management related activities for the office tower, including but not limited to; unscheduled maintenance, scheduled maintenances, tenant request

2.      Operational

·      Handling Tenant's Request and Complaint as per company policy

·      Operate all Building System (Lighting System, Building Automation System, Electrical System, HVAC System, fire & Safety System, Computerized Management & Maintenances System)

·      To do all engineering check list daily, weekly, monthly as instructed by Operational Supervisor

·      Assist the Operational Supervisor to prepare the implementation of preventive maintenances / Planned maintenance programme for minimise repair and replacement cost and minimise the risk of asset / equipment failure.

·      Ensure that work areas left in clean condition after job completion

·      Ensure no smoking during working hours

·      Supervise project of maintenance and repair by outside contractor according to contract agreement

·      Perform other duties as required

3.      Client Service Delivery

·      Ensure consistent services delivery at all times

·      Ensure that work area is left in clean condition after the job is finished and smoking in the offices is prohibited

4.      Human Resource Management & staff training

·      Ensure to follow the schedule and always on time

·      Ensure wear correct uniforms and name tags at all time

·      Ensure the grooming is always to follow the company rules

5.      Reporting

·      Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reporting to Operational Supervisor

·      Report all defective equipment to Operational Supervisor

Establish within framework of the Individual Performances Agreement (IPMP) for the incumbent, will includes

·      Provide superior client service and satisfaction

·      Enhance own professional and personal skill

Academic Qualifications

·      Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical)

Competencies

·      Knowledge and practical experiences in the Hospitality and engineering system

·      Knowledge and practical experience in the application of basic MS Office software

Experiences      

Minimum 3 years experiences in the engineering fields
