We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Technical Admin to support our engineering and project teams. This role is essential to ensuring accurate and efficient documentation, reporting, and administrative coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Record and manage all project requirements, including technical documentation, budgeting, daily activity logs, and project progress reports.
- Handle all necessary permits and project-related licensing, including submissions to government or regulatory agencies and follow-ups.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital documentation related to the project (correspondence, contracts, approvals, etc.).
- Assist in communication and coordination between project team members, contractors, and third parties.
- Participate directly in on-site activities to ensure field implementation aligns with administrative planning.
- Monitor project progress and help prepare periodic status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain systematic records and filing systems to support transparency and project tracking.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in construction/infrastructure projects or technical administration.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Willing and able to work both in the office and on-site as needed.
- Detail-oriented, fast-paced, and capable of handling multiple documentation tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with basic reporting systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Preferably domiciled in Karawang, Bekasi, or Cikarang.
- Female candidates are strongly preferred
