The Tax Supervisor play a key role in ensuring tax compliance, managing tax reporting, and coordinating with tax authorities to maintain accurate and timely tax filings. They will be responsible for overseeing withholding tax (WHT) and VAT regulations, preparing tax invoices, reconciling VAT, and ensuring all tax documentation is accurate and submitted on time.

• Ensure all transactions comply with tax regulations (WHT, VAT).
• Create and issue tax invoices and e-Bupot in the CoreTax system.
• Reconcile VAT in and VAT out for sales and purchases, and summarize withholding tax.
• Prepare monthly reports for withholding taxes (Art. 21, 23, 4(2), and 15).
• Ensure timely tax reporting (VAT and WHT) according to government deadlines.
• Produce and receive tax slips and invoices as required.
• Meet and communicate confidently with tax authority officers.
• Analyze and respond to tax-related inquiries or letters from tax authorities (e.g., SP2DK).
• Contribute to tax planning and maintain regular tax compliance.
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth tax processes.

• Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting or related field.
• Brevet A and B certification required.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Tax Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, particularly WHT and VAT.
• Proficient in using ERP software (Accurate, MYOB, etc).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams and tax authorities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Great to Have

• Knowledge of the shipping and maritime logistics industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
