About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Senior Staff to join our dynamic team at PT. CJ Logistics Indonesia in our Kelapa Gading, Jakarta office. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company's tax compliance and optimizing its tax position.

Role and Responsibilities :

1. Created payment voucher

2. Calculate tax rate for cost/expenses to be paid

3. Distribute tax invoice and tax slips

4. Collect Prepaid Withholding Tax from vendors/suppliers

5. Upload Tax Invoice and Tax Slips

6. Make Tax Reconciliation with Financial Reports

7. Maintain communication internal and external related to tax

8. Make Entry Journal Related to Taxation

9. Support Tax Department if any occasional event occurred (Tax Audit/Litigation/Others)

10. Providing technical expertise and advice to the finance and accounting teams

11. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive tax strategy

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting,

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in taxation, preferably in a corporate or logistics environment.

3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Law and experience in tax return preparation.

4. Familiarity with e-Faktur, e-Bupot, DJP Online, and relevant tax software.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, etc.).

6. Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and good in handling deadlines.

7. Brevet A & B certification preferred

8. Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements

9. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
