Job Opening: Junior Tax and Accounting StaffUluwatu Advisory is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Tax and Accounting Staff to join our growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with foundational knowledge in accounting and Indonesian tax regulations to develop their career in a supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day accounting and tax operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all our financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Bookkeeping:
Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining the general ledger.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of Clients' cash flow.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
Tax Compliance:
Prepare, calculate, and report monthly tax obligations in a timely manner, including:
PPh 21: Employee Income Tax.
PPN: Value Added Tax (VAT).
PPh Unifikasi: Unified withholding tax return for various articles (e.g., PPh 22, 23, 26, 4(2)).
Assist in the preparation and submission of the Annual Corporate Income Tax Return (SPT Tahunan Badan).
Ensure all tax documentation is properly filed and maintained.
Education: Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
Certification: Must possess a Brevet AB tax certification. This is a mandatory requirement.
Experience: 0-1 year of relevant experience in an accounting or tax role. Fresh graduates with the required certification are strongly encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and cash flow management.
Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations, particularly monthly and annual reporting requirements (PPh 21, PPh Unifikasi, PPN, SPT Tahunan).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel. Experience with accounting software is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
