Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals).

• Build a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and relationship building.

• Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidates' progress.

• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet job requirements.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics.

• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same role (preferably from FMCG, retail, Food & Beverages retail/manufacturing) - Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply

• Have experience in mass hiring for blue collar workers (preferably)

• Proficiency with ATS software to manage candidates and recruitment processes.

• Knowledge of various sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media recruiting, and networking.

• Strong skills in conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and making hiring recommendations.

• Ability to effectively source candidates through various channels and build a talent pipeline.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates
