• Business Requirement Capture: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to thoroughly understand, document, and translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications.
• High-Level System Design: Develop comprehensive high-level system designs, including architectural blueprints, data flow diagrams, and component interactions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.
• Integration Mechanism Design: Design robust and efficient integration mechanisms between various systems and applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability.
• Alignment with Existing Systems: Ensure new designs and implementations integrate seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure, minimizing disruption and maximizing leverage of current investments.
• Architecture Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including design specifications, data models, and system diagrams, to serve as a reliable reference for development and operations teams.
• Delivery Alignment and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all system deliveries align precisely with the captured business requirements, established architectural standards, and the overall IT roadmap. This includes active participation in design reviews, code reviews, and testing strategies.
• Standards and Governance: Champion the adherence to architectural standards, security policies, and governance frameworks throughout the system development lifecycle. Contribute to the evolution of these standards.
• Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Act as a subject matter expert for complex technical issues, providing effective solutions and guidance to resolve system-related challenges.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent
• Proven experience (at least 3 years) as a System Architect, Solution Architect, or in a similar architectural role.
• Strong understanding of various architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven, monolithic) and their appropriate application.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure enterprise-level systems.
• Proficiency in designing and defining technology stacks for diverse applications.
• Deep knowledge of integration patterns and technologies (e.g., REST APIs, message queues, ETL).
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
