System Analyst

Job Descriptions :

1. Act as a bridge between clients and the internal web development team to gather, analyze, and understand business needs, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.

2. Create detailed specifications and documentation based on client requirements to guide system development and enhancements.

3. Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimized solutions to improve productivity and system performance.

4. Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of new systems or enhancements, ensuring they meet client business needs.

5. Provide training and support to clients to ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes.

6. Act as the main point of contact (PIC) for clients to address software-related issues, coordinate with the development team, and ensure timely resolutions.

 Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. Min. 2 years of experience in system analysis, business analysis, or software development.

3. Detail oriented

4. Understanding to create a blueprint system.

5. Good communication (verbal and written) skills.

6. Fluent with Microsoft Office (excel, word and powerpoint). Have skill with SQL is a plus.

7. Ability to manage relationships with client and understand their needs

8. Experience in implementing or upgrading business systems.
