Job Purpose

PT Trax Sumbiri Indo is seeking a IT professional to join our team as System Administration Officer. Based in Kabupaten Batang (Central Java, Indonesia), this role will ensure the stability, availability, security of the organization's IT infrastructure (ITI) and Implement best practices and standards for IT operations and system administration of IT functions for our garment manufacturing operations, supporting executive decision-making and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, operating systems, and related hardware and software.

• System Monitoring: Implement monitoring tools and processes to proactively identify and address potential system issues and performance bottlenecks.

• Security Management: Implement security measures, access controls, and patches to protect IT infrastructure against security threats.

• Incident Management: Respond to and resolve system-related incidents, minimizing impact on business operations.

• Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies to ensure data availability in case of data loss.

• Documentation: Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

• Collaboration: Work with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of IT services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in IT (Network Engineering, IT Security)

• Minimum 1 years of IT experience, ideally in the garment or manufacturing industry.

• Fluent in English.
