We are currently seeking a Supply Operations Team Leader to oversee and support a team responsible for key operational finance processes within our Supply Operations department. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a keen eye for detail, and the leadership skills to guide and develop a team performing critical back-office tasks.

Responsibilities :

• Investigating adjustments and error supplements to ensure financial accuracy.

• Analyzing write-off reports and providing insights or recommendations where necessary.

• Addressing and resolving queries related to accounts payable transactions.

• Managing and maintaining the accuracy of the holding table.

• Assisting in cross-checking (cross-QC) and leading investigations when discrepancies or inconsistencies are identified.

• Ensuring all assigned tasks are executed in accordance with detailed instructions and pre-established guidelines.

• Monitoring adherence to minimum processing standards and escalating any system issues or operational limitations to management.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree from any major.
• Minimum 1-2 years of leadership experience in a data analysis function, managing a team of at least 5 people.
• Strong attention to detail, with a structured and problem-solving approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualization or reporting tools is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage time effectively and lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working with large data sets and cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight shift.
• Willing to relocate between Jakarta and BSD as needed.
