About the PositionFlora Food Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Finance Manager to lead and optimize financial operations at our manufacturing site. This role is pivotal in driving financial efficiency, enhancing profitability, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.

As a key leader, you'll take ownership of financial strategy, planning, and problem-solving for supply chain and manufacturing processes. Beyond reporting numbers, you'll contribute to strategic decision-making by identifying opportunities for cost-saving, operational efficiency, and driving impactful change.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans and budgets that align with the company's objectives and growth strategy for supply chain and manufacturing operations.

• Advanced Problem Solving: Analyze complex financial challenges, propose actionable solutions, and implement strategies that improve outcomes.

• Reporting & Insights: Prepare and deliver insightful monthly financial reports to guide decision-making, support business strategies, and maximize performance.

• Cost Management: Lead the monitoring and optimization of production and supply chain costs, driving cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and operational effectiveness.

• Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, and industry standards, mitigating risk effectively.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams including supply chain, procurement, and operations to align financial strategies with broader business goals.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Substantial experience in finance or accounting within manufacturing, supply chain, or similar environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.

• Proficiency in financial software, Microsoft Excel, and SAP systems (preferred).

• Proven ability to deliver under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
