Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities :

• Monitor and coordinate daily operations and maintenance of WWTP utilities, including sludge handling and disposal, process chemicals supply and monitoring, and laboratory analysis.
• Implement measures to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for wastewater discharge and sludge disposal.
• Maintain good relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, community groups, and environmental organizations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members.
• Identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures and implement necessary changes.
• Conduct regular inspections of WWTP facilities and equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify potential problems.
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless integration of WWTP operations with overall business activities.

Job Qualifications :

• Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering
• Proven experience in managing wastewater treatment plants.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for wastewater discharge and sludge disposal.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Physical ability to conduct site visits and perform routine facility inspections.
• Willing to be place in KBN Marunda, Cilincing, North Jakarta.
