Job Summary:
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting the team to deliver excellent dining experiences in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
Supervise daily restaurant activities including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper setup of the restaurant.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store or purchase department for stock requirements.
2. Customer Service
Greet and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently.
Ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring service standards.
3. Team Supervision
Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant staff.
Assign tasks and manage staff schedules effectively.
Conduct regular briefings and communicate goals clearly to the team.
4. Quality & Standards
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
Ensure staff follow service procedures and company policies.
Support the implementation of promotional activities and special events.
5. Administration & Reporting
Assist in preparing daily sales and operational reports.
Control wastage, manage cost efficiency, and support budget targets.
Report any maintenance issues to the management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in F&B or restaurant supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
