About the role

As a Supervisor Refinery at yuni bersaudara sejahtera', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our refinery located in Riau. This full-time position involves leading and coordinating a team of skilled professionals to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our manufacturing processes.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of refinery personnel to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards

2. Monitor and optimise refinery operations, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks

3. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

4. Provide training and guidance to refinery team members to support their professional development

What we're looking for
