About the role

This is a full-time Supervisor Maintenance role based in Cikarang Pusat, West Java, Indonesia. As the Supervisor Maintenance, you will be an integral part of the maintenance team at PT APM Hyundai Transys Indonesia, a leading company in the mining, resources and energy industry.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for the smooth operation of all production machines during the production process.

• Responsible for all Maintenance and Engineering activities to run on Time and according to applicable SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).

• Plan all activities and plans for machine repairs and maintenance.

• Lead and organize team members from Mechanical, Electrical, and Engineering.Implement ISO, 5R System, and Workplace Safety Procedures.

• Make improvements to enhance the performance of existing production machines as well as improvements related to the applicable maintenance system.

• Provide recommendations, solutions, and innovations in machinery issues to improve productivity.

What we're looking for

• Age : max 35 Years Minimum

• Education Diploma 3 in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same position.

• Experience in the Automotive industry.

• Target and achievement oriented.

• Proficient in PLC and Automation.

• Understanding Process Sequence and MES is preferred.Knowledgeable in creating maintenance work schedule plans.

• Possesses disciplined, neat, organized, and integrity traits.

• Has a high leadership spirit and ability to lead a team.

• Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
