• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Sales, or Channel Development in the technology industry.

• Experience managing strategic partnerships and leading projects from conception to completion.
• Understand the Indonesian smartphone market, digital ecosystem, and players within the carrier and retail sectors.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction.

• Serve as a point of contact between Indonesian partners and Google's internal cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing.
• Create narratives backed by data analysis to highlight opportunities and socialize ideas with internal and external stakeholders.
