Each employee will be assigned to focus on only one of the job functions listed below, depending on their specific role and responsibilities, and will be based at PIK 2.
1. Legal Executive
· Preparing and submitting Good Corporate Governance (GCG) reports and corporate documents to regulators.
· Reviewing and aligning internal policies with insurance industry regulations.
· Providing legal advice to relevant business units to support business continuity.
· Reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing cooperation agreements and contracts.
· Handling litigation and non-litigation matters, including case analysis, resolution strategy, and coordination with external legal counsel.
· Managing legal documentation and filing processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility.
2. Secretary
· Managing schedules, correspondence, and document filing for Board of Directors (BOD).
· Arranging agendas, organizing meetings, and preparing minutes and follow-ups.
· Coordinating business travel and protocol requirements for BOD.
· Handling directorate financial administration and preparing expense reports.
· Acting as liaison between the BOD and internal/external parties to ensure smooth communication and operations.
3. Business Strategic
· Preparing business plans, general policies, KPIs, and annual action plans to support business growth and development.
· Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating sales performance, marketing programs, and industry trends to formulate future business strategies.
· Managing strategic partnerships, particularly with BNI, to ensure smooth business collaboration.
· Overseeing and improving business processes, as well as managing organizational change initiatives in coordination with relevant units.
· Providing regular (monthly/quarterly/annual) business performance reports and competitor analysis for internal and partner needs.
· Supporting the preparation of strategic reports, including the Annual Report, and collaborating with third parties for business strategy development.
4. Data Management
· Designing new reports and dashboards based on requirement analysis, data flow diagrams, and workflow processes.
· Collecting, preparing, and processing data from various internal and external sources, including performing data transformation as needed.
· Preparing and delivering monthly performance reports, Board of Directors/Board of Commissioners meetings materials, and ad hoc reports for management and business units.
· Conducting business performance analysis, including pipeline forecasts, claim ratios, outstanding premiums, and profitability analysis.
· Monitoring and evaluating data and reports from various internal and external company systems.
· Managing and monitoring data management projects and business process policies, including annual project budget planning.
5. Finance, Accounting, Research Analyst
· Preparing, reviewing, and monitoring financial reports, budgets, and cash flows in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
· Ensuring tax compliance through accurate calculation, payment, reporting, reconciliation, and dissemination of updated tax regulations.
· Overseeing internal and external audits, while continuously improving business processes and accounting systems.
· Managing operational, claims, and investment payments, including document verification, fund sufficiency, and transaction reconciliation.
· Managing company assets, including fixed assets, leases, and investments, while assessing investment performance and risks.
· Conducting market analysis, financial projections, and portfolio quality assessments to support strategic decision-making by management and the investment committee.
