About the role

Join the growing team at PT Maxx Coffee Prima' as a Store Manager in our South Jakarta location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations and performance of your assigned store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision

2. Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including driving sales, controlling costs, and enhancing the customer experience

3. Foster a positive and motivating work environment for the store team, providing coaching and development opportunities

4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

5. Analyse store data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions

6. Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Assist Cluster/District Manager in identifying new business opportunities.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum D3 in any major (Hospitality background is highly preferred).

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or store leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry

3. Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team

4. Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, inventory control, and cost-saving strategies

5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results

6. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
