Join Our Team as a Store Manager in Bali!

Are you a passionate, detail-oriented, and organized leader? We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to be the face of our store in the Berawa - Uluwatu, Bali area. This role is more than just managing operations; you will be at the heart of our customer's shopping experience, with full responsibility for ensuring every aspect of the store runs smoothly.

As a Store Manager, you will lead a dedicated team, overseeing every detail of daily operations from product displays to store cleanliness. You will be responsible for ensuring that stock is always available, product displays are organized and visually appealing, and the store is in perfect condition at all times. Your experience in Customer Service will be invaluable in building strong customer relationships and providing an unforgettable shopping experience.

You will also ensure the smooth workflow of your team, coordinate order fulfillment, and take full responsibility for customer satisfaction. We need you to be fluent in both written and spoken English to communicate effectively with our international clientele. With your minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a store manager role, you will be in charge of daily operations, including the use of Shopify POS systems. Experience in the swimsuit industry is a significant plus.

What We're Looking For:

• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Proven experience in Customer Service.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a store manager.

• Strong ability to lead a team and manage store operations effectively.

• Deep understanding of stock management, store layout, and cleanliness.

• Proficiency with Shopify POS systems.

• Must have personal transportation (a motorcycle) and a laptop.

• Experience in the swimsuit / active wear industry or can surfing is a plus.
