Role Overview

We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who are ready to make their mark in the world of fashion. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a key part in helping us elevate everyday fashion.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage preventive & corrective maintenance schedules for all stores
• Coordinate daily with the BEM team to resolve maintenance issues promptly
• Create Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor inventory of maintenance supplies to ensure stock availability
• Ensure all Everbest, EVB, and TRACCE stores are well-maintained, safe, and operationally ready
• Design bazaar layouts and support the Project, Sales, and Operations teams during mall bazaar events
• Conduct vendor negotiations to ensure cost efficiency and service quality
• Prepare and submit weekly maintenance and operational reports

We’re Looking For:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or Visual Communication Design
• 2-3 year of working experience in the same field of work
• Familiar on AutoCAD & SketchUp
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Responsible person with ability to work independently in a team environment
