POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for working in a group environment to ensure materials are received with FIFO, supply material, perform material transactions, and ship finished goods according to customer needs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Min. Senior High School or equivalent
2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
3. Able to operate computer; QAD system experience is preferred
4. Forklift driving license is required
5. Willing to work in a 3-shift rotation

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform administrative duties related to receipt and dispatch of goods from the store
2. Optimize warehouse operation between production and store
3. Update relevant records and perform transactions in the system
4. Assist in the physical checking of goods received and dispatched to verify quantities and conditions
5. Conduct inventory list
6. Familiar with FIFO system
7. Understand production schedule to plan material supply
8. Maintain 5S and address safety issues in the warehouse
9. Other duties as assigned
