About the role
QMPP (QINGDA MASPION PAPER PRODUCTS) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled STAFF MANDARIN PPIC to join our dynamic team in Cirebon West Java. This full-time position plays a crucial role in our Warehousing, Storage & Distribution operations, contributing to the overall success of our Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics business.
What you'll be doing
Managing production planning and inventory control to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products
Liaising with cross-functional teams to coordinate production, logistics, and sales activities
Analyzing production data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing optimisation strategies
Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to support decision-making
Providing Mandarin language support for communication with our international partners and suppliers
Assisting with the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
What we're looking for
Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field, such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
Proficient in Mandarin, both written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
