About the role

As the Concrete Mixing Station HSE Staff at PT WESTERFIELD ALUMINA INDONESIA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety and environmental compliance of the concrete mixing operations. This full-time position is based in Toba, West Kalimantan, and will involve hands-on management of all health, safety and environmental matters within your area of responsibility.

What you'll be doing

1. Monitor and implement health, safety and environmental policies and procedures at the concrete mixing station
2. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
3. Provide training and guidance to workers on proper safety protocols and best practices
4. Investigate and report on any incidents or accidents, implementing corrective actions
