Responsible for the overall management of the Spa & Wellness operations at Selong Selo Resort, ensuring the highest service quality, achievement of revenue targets, staff development, and maintaining cleanliness, safety, and comfort standards aligned with the resort's brand image.

• Oversee daily spa & wellness operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Develop, monitor, and ensure consistent implementation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

• Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards in accordance with regulations.

• Prepare and manage staff schedules for therapists, beauticians, and spa attendants.

• Monitor inventory, control usage of spa products and equipment.

• Ensure service quality meets luxury resort standards.

• Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Develop spa and wellness programs that enhance guest experience.

• Plan, implement, and achieve revenue targets, including upselling and cross-selling spa services.

• Control operating costs and manage budget efficiently.

• Prepare sales reports, analyze trends, and create strategies to increase revenue.

• Recruit, train, and coach spa staff to maintain high skill levels and motivation.

• Conduct regular staff performance evaluations.

• Foster a professional and positive work culture.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote spa & wellness packages.

• Develop new treatments in line with wellness and beauty trends.

• Build partnerships with premium spa product brands or wellness consultants.

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Spa Management, or related field.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Spa Manager or in a similar role within a luxury resort/villa.

• Strong knowledge of spa, wellness, and beauty treatments.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Guest-service and target-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
