BAT INDONESIA IS LOOKING FOR A SOURCING EXECUTIVE, INDIRECT

FUNCTION:Operations - Procurement

SALARY RANGE: Competitive market salary + Bonus scheme + Excellent benefits

LOCATION: Jakarta, Indonesia

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role will be accountable for the development and execution of sourcing plans for all Indirect spend categories across functions in locally/ regionally/ globally. To ensure compliance of all procurement activities adhere with global policies, standards, and platforms to deliver robust terms and conditions that lead BAT's service delivery and commercial risk.

• Reports to Procurement Business Manager

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Responsible for End Market stakeholder management to ensure full understanding of business requirements including business goals, targets and directions and promote customer service excellence
• Deliver the Co-Plan Savings Target to achieve Indirect Savings and contribute to the Cost Reduction Program in accordance with agreed savings targets and payment term extension
• Ensuring and driving sustainability policy and corporate social responsibility program (Ecovadis / CDP)
• Support Portfolio, Marketing activities, NPI projects, Factory expansion and continue to deliver the Loss Analysis journey
• Support compliance to Sanctions, Risk Assessment, SOBC / SoX Compliance to ensure the “Deliver with Integrity” agenda is achieved in line with a step change in controls & compliance
• Conduct Supplier Performance Review for key suppliers and lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) with effective Contingency Plan / Contract Management
• Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) within the region, where required, and input into supplier business reviews
• Successful adoption of suppliers to the e-auction platform & Business analysis e.g., procurement positioning and spend analysis.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor's degree in Economy, Business, Supply Chain or similar
• Demonstrated ability in Procurement or other related experience with at least 5 years' of working experience
• High level of Commercial Awareness and Project Management
• Strong business insight and interpersonal & communication skills
• A focus on service delivery and savings along with the ability to drive innovation and change
• Knowledge of procurement processes, methods, and techniques, including advanced negotiation& influencing skills
• Ability to perform in cross-functional, global, business environment and balance multiple tasks successfully
• Detailed knowledge of supply market, supplier capabilities, competitor activity, and expected trends at a geographic
• Familiar with e-auction
• Experience in Direct and Indirect Procurement (Marketing & Corporate Category) is an added advantage
