About the role
Are you a Social Media Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? As a Social Media Specialist at Sholin Lestari Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing engaging social media strategies to drive brand awareness and build an audience and ensure customer engagement. This full-time role is based in Tangerang Regency, Banten.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Creating and implementing social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Content Creation:
- Producing and implement daily engaging, creative and innovative campaigns (text, images, videos, etc.) across key social media platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, and Twitter that resonate with the target audience also e-commerce tokopedia & shopee
- Having knowledge and experience in using search engine optimization tactics that can be implement in our social media posts so that more people click on them when they search for relevant keywords.
- Campaign Management & Performance Analysis:
- Planning, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns in daily basis and provide report independently in weekly also monthly and give suggestions to management strategic plan about how to improve audience and traffic also online sales in the following month.
- Tracking social media metrics, analyzing data, and generating reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media activities are aligned with the overall brand and marketing objectives
- Monitor, analyze and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize future content and strategies
- Community Engagement:
- Interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive online community in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitoring online social media activity & Encouraging consumer social media participation.
- Identifying consumer engagement opportunities.
- Staying Current:
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to deliver innovative, high-impact campaigns
- Collaboration:
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
What we're looking for
- Someone who can work independently, individually, target-oriented, neat and meticulous also willingness to learn about company products and having sensitivity to be able to think fast to apply trends with relevant content.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a social media marketing platforms or digital marketing role (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok also maintain website).
- Content Creation : Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns and have high creativity and ability to create engaging and shareable content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content
- Proficient in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social or Buffer
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skill to analyze data, track metrics, and generate reports also ability to interpret data to inform content and strategy decisions
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creativity: Ability to develop innovative and engaging content ideas in daily basis
- Trend Awareness: Passion for social media and staying up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
