• Develop monthly and weekly content pillars aligned with Olaif's brand voice, product highlights, seasonal campaigns, and audience interests.
• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify content opportunities that drive engagement and reach.
• Align content plans with broader marketing campaigns and product launches.

• Create and publish engaging short-form videos, reels, stories, carousels, and static posts for Instagram (main focus) and TikTok.
• Collaborate with creative and design teams to produce high-quality content that reflects our brand aesthetics and goals.
• Write compelling captions, select appropriate hashtags, and optimize posting times for maximum visibility and performance.

• Aim for Instagram Explore Page visibility by using data-backed content hooks, formats, and timing.
• Track and analyze content performance metrics (reach, saves, shares, video views, follower growth).
• Test new formats and continuously iterate content based on platform algorithm trends and analytics.

• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to sync content with campaigns, promotions, and key brand messages.
• Coordinate with influencers or UGC creators when needed to boost reach and authenticity.

• >3 years experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role focused on Instagram and TikTok.
• Proven track record of creating content that reached FYP / Explore page, ideally with viral or high-engagement results.
• Proficiency in content planning, short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok), and visual storytelling.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram trends, algorithms, and what works visually and tonally.
• Strong copywriting skills and fluency in Indonesian (with basic English proficiency).
• Up-to-date with current memes, audio trends, and social behaviors of Gen Z and Millennials.
